The Easy Monday framework has been built on the principle that the complexity, efficiency and thus the collective consciousness of an organisation strictly depends on the consciousness of those individuals who founded, who build and who work in the organisation.
In our terminology the collective consciousness has the same meaning as organisation culture. Every individual who forms the organisation represents a level of consciousness which is reflected in his or her every day work.

CAPTain online (Computer Aided Personnel Testing) is a continuously improved test system which measures an individual’s behavioral attitudes as they affect his/her performance at work. This test distinguishes in 38 factors between the current style of behavior and the subjective self-image created by wishful thinking.
Empathy is the driving force behind business communication thus it is the most essential skill in our programs to develop an effective mindset individually and in teams. We use empathy both in agile and Design thinking exercises to strengthen Emotional Intelligence and creative customer-centric problem-solving.
Nonviolent communication is a communication process which focuses on three aspects of communication: self-empathy (defined as a deep and compassionate awareness of one’s own inner experience), empathy (defined as an understanding of the heart in which we see the beauty in the other person), and honest self-expression (defined as expressing oneself authentically in a way that is likely to inspire compassion in others).
The growth mindset is the state when people are passionate about learning rather than a hunger for approval. We use different practices to evoke this state and help practitioners to keep it up continuously.
